Tip of the day!

Brush your teeth for two minutes, at least twice a day.

This is the most important tip for maintaining good oral health. Brushing removes plaque, a film of bacteria that sticks to your teeth and gums. If plaque is not removed, it can lead to cavities and gingivitis.

To brush your teeth properly, follow these steps:

1. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle against the gum line.

2. Gently brush the outer, inner and chewing surfaces of the teeth.

3. Brush the tongue to remove bacteria and bad breath.

4. Brush for two minutes, or long

enough to sing the "Happy Birthday" song twice.
